Mr. Espinosa has been in the Office Technology Industry for over 10 years. He currently serves as the Regional Manager for Ricoh Corporation covering the Santa Barbara and Ventura County Market. Mr. Espinosa and his team specialize in environmental assessment studies that reduce the total GHG emissions, carbon footprint and energy consumption as it relates to their office technology equipment. Ricoh Corporation is also the leader in Document Management Software and Multi-Functional Printer, Scanner, Copier Equipment.

Tim Samaniego is territory manager for the Garland Company, a high performance full service roofing manufacturer, he works directly with facility managers to develop a comprehensive roof management plan. Base on your corporate vision of facility management, and the application requirements of your individual facilities, he provides the right roofing solution for your performance, budgetary, and scheduling requirements. He has successfully managed the logistical, safety, health and environmental concerns of a wide variety of facilities, from high profile executive office buildings to electronic manufacturing facilities, schools and universities, and food and beverage processing plants. Garland ensures single source accountability for the most complex installed roofing projects, putting the customer first for over 112 years.

Tim is also a member of AIA, CSI, and Rotary. He lives in Santa Barbara with is wife Becky.

John A. Stampe, Maintenance Supervisor for Wolfe & Associates Property Services, oversees the maintenance of 280 residential and commercial properties in Santa Barbara County. He specializes in facilities operations, budget development and space planning, including new construction projects. Previous work experience includes Director of Facilities at The Samarkand where he oversaw the new skilled nursing facility construction, and Facilities Manager with Sansum Clinic where he maintained clinic facilities and was instrumental in the merger with Santa Barbara Medical Foundation.

John is the past-President of the IFMA California Central Coast chapter and its current Treasurer. He also serves on the Boards of the California Central Coast Girl Scouts and the Santa Barbara Red Cross. John serves on several nonprofit organization committees and panels for the local United Way and Arthritis Foundation. In 2006, John was recognized as the Volunteer of the Year by the Arthritis Foundation.

Denise is married to Sheridan Stanton, a local master arborist, and has lived in Santa Barbara for 30 years.  She has two sons and four grandchildren.  Her hobbies include assisting with Pug parties for fundraising each year, and creating lush tropical gardens with her husband.

Mary Joyce Ivers is a manager with 25 years experience in the Facilities and Operations field. Mary Joyce is customer service-oriented when delivering services to the community. Her team of exceptional staff utilizes the latest technology for building automation, computerized maintenance management systems, and energy efficiency to provide an inviting, safe and enjoyable public facility. Recent projects include the historical City Hall Terra Cotta restoration, construction and operation of the Community Park and Aquatics Center, and installation of a 100 kW photovoltaic system. In her previous work experience, as an Industrial Engineer in the aerospace industry, Mary Joyce was involved in work cell design and layout to incorporate efficiencies within manufacturing operations.

Mary Joyce lives in Ventura with her husband, Jack and high school son and daughter. Her hobbies include tap dancing, driving to soccer practice and games, reading and volunteering at the schools that her children attend.

Ms. Schultz is currently a Professor in the Construction Management Department of California Polytechnical State University at San Luis Obispo (Cal Poly). Professor Schultz' collective 29 years of experience have taken her from retail management to the Pentagon. She's managed people and processes in retail, interior design, A/E, business development, marketing, construction administration and construction management. She has extensive experience working for the Department of the State and the Federal Election Commission. She worked with every branch of the military, including Army, Air Force, Navy, Marines and intelligence organizations.
