John A. Stampe, Maintenance Supervisor for Wolfe & Associates Property Services, oversees the maintenance of 280 residential and commercial properties in Santa Barbara County. He specializes in facilities operations, budget development and space planning, including new construction projects. Previous work experience includes Director of Facilities at The Samarkand where he oversaw the new skilled nursing facility construction, and Facilities Manager with Sansum Clinic where he maintained clinic facilities and was instrumental in the merger with Santa Barbara Medical Foundation.
John is the past-President of the IFMA California Central Coast chapter and its current Treasurer. He also serves on the Boards of the California Central Coast Girl Scouts and the Santa Barbara Red Cross. John serves on several nonprofit organization committees and panels for the local United Way and Arthritis Foundation. In 2006, John was recognized as the Volunteer of the Year by the Arthritis Foundation.

Santa Barbara, California - Denise O'Driscoll, founder of O'Driscoll and Sons, Inc., announces the opening of her new firm, O'Driscoll Office Interiors, in the business of the design, sale and placement of furnishings for the workplace. With more than 20 years of experience in the designing and furnishing of offices for companies and government agencies throughout Southern California, Denise's taste, style, knowledge of workplace ergonomics and commitment to the environment make her a leading expert in the field. She recently was able to place furnishings that would have otherwise been headed to landfill (from the City of Santa Barbara) and have them donated to the Sansum Clinic.
Denise's belief in saving the environment has led her to work with a number of companies, including Modular Office Solutions, a furniture company founded on the principal that it is wiser to refurbish and reuse, rather than always make new purchases. The company utilizes state of the art powder paint, free of VOC emissions, as well as bio-based fabrics and laminate that are Greenguard certified.

Mary Joyce Ivers is a manager with 25 years experience in the Facilities and Operations field. Mary Joyce is customer service-oriented when delivering services to the community. Her team of exceptional staff utilizes the latest technology for building automation, computerized maintenance management systems, and energy efficiency to provide an inviting, safe and enjoyable public facility. Recent projects include the historical City Hall Terra Cotta restoration, construction and operation of the Community Park and Aquatics Center, and installation of a 100 kW photovoltaic system. In her previous work experience, as an Industrial Engineer in the aerospace industry, Mary Joyce was involved in work cell design and layout to incorporate efficiencies within manufacturing operations.
